Returns and Exchanges

All clothing items can be exchanged within 30 days if they fit incorrectly.  We do not accept returns for reasons such as: customer changing their mind, customer wants a different color etc.  We reserve the right to handle unique situations on a case by case basis.

Anything arriving defective, missing, incorrect or lost in the mail will be replaced free of charge if brought up within 30 days of delivery.  We may ask for photos.  Please be patient when it comes to the mail system as that is out of our control.

Flags and patches can be returned if in original condition as these items can be restocked into inventory.  

Items that are made to order such as stickers, acrylic prints, all blankets, puzzles, and posters can not be cancelled or returned once the order has gone into production as these are made on demand specifically for you and will not be restocked.   You have 24 hours to cancel your order from time of purchase if you would like a refund.  As with everything else, any defects will be replaced free of charge.

Any returns or exchanges at the request of the customer will be shipped at the customer's expense.  Any replacements due to error on our behalf, missing or lost mail, will be covered by us.
