Refund policy

• If you have issues with your order, contact our customer service at support@pltdaddy.com
• We will replace damaged or missing items free of charge.
• Clothing items that do not fit may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt as long as items are not damaged or destroyed.
• THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:  Acrylic Prints, Posters, Puzzles, Woven Blankets, Fleece Blankets. All of these items are made to order and have a 36 hour delay built in from the time of sale.  This is your window to correct shipping addresses, cancel items etc.  After the items are in production there will be no cancellations refunds or returns on these items.
