Returns and Exchanges

Apparel items that do not fit can be returned within 30 days as long as the item is not damaged or ruined.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return/exchange. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ACCESSORIES OR HOME GOODS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as: customer changing their mind, customer wants a different color etc, my boyfriend cheated on me, etc.

We reserve the right to handle unique situations on a case by case basis.

Anything arriving defective, missing, incorrect or lost in the mail (this does not include messing up your address or return to sender issues) will be replaced free of charge if brought up within 30 days of delivery.  We may ask for photos.  Please be patient when it comes to the mail system as that is out of our control.

Flags and patches can be returned if in original condition as these items can be restocked into inventory.
