Fight Club Flag

Small story, big impact!
I placed an order for two flags for me platoon room and happily waited just a few days for a shipping confirmation. Received the order a few days later (much faster than I expected!!) and glad #1 (The Observer) was awesome. Second flag was actually incorrect, they produced the wrong one but billed and sent BOL correctly. I reached out via email that night, explaining what happened, and asked about return shipping for the incorrect flag. No joke, I got an email back from Customer Services before I woke up the next morning (0400 EST) stating the correct flag will be shipped ASAP and to pass along the extra to "someone who will be happy with it". Small company, military service inspired and driven, I know where I'll be getting all the extra "morale" shirts and stuff from in the future.
Oh yeah, and the quality is fabulous, love the detail and I'm excited to present these to my team!
